APARTMENTS
The residence is composed of 5 properties and two floors of 8 apartments, 4 of which are disabled accessible.
Each apartment has a sitting/dining room area, with a double sofa bed and a panoramic window which overlooks a green park. There is kitchenette with hot and cold water, grill, utensils, plates, glasses and cutlery .

The bathrooms are furnished with a shower and towels and linen.The apartments are elegantly furnished and those on the ground floor have a private garden, whilst those on the first floor have a large private terrace.

The external spaces have chairs, tables and sun umbrellas.

Final cleaning: 50.00 Euro per apartment , excluding cooking corner the customer could be charged of 30.00 Euro.
Deposit: 100.00 Euro (refund end journey)

Pets: 50.00 Euro admitted (small pets) , excluded public areas.
Bathroom linen: 10.00 Euro per person per kit, kitchen not furnished and not rentable
